Service Policy
Our policy will cover you only during your subscription and not after. 

No refunds will be issued on monthly subscription packages. All other services can be refundable subject to individual case. Please email info@iconicgram.com to initiate the refund process. 

There could be instances where our algorithm will not supply the standard service as promised in which case we will issue a service extension.

The extension is not eligible for circumstances out of our control that are not associated with a lack of service promised.

To be eligible for an extension your account will need to have been set as public at the time of service.

The amount of extended service issued will be according to the time of sub-standard service (e.g if you do not receive 500-600 likes for one day from the monthly automatic Instagram likes subscription we will extend your service by one day)

To complete your service extension, we require proof of purchase and evidence of faulty service emailed to info@iconicgram.com

Once your enquiry is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your extension.

If you are approved, then we will prolong your subscription to match the full service days according to the particular service.
